Don’t worry, he will have his tax refund garnished. This happened to my wife with her ex, he didn’t pay child support for a few years (this was the mid-90’s and it was only $75/week). Then one day she gets a treasury check for a $2500, then again the following year, and the 3rd year it was the remainder of what he owed plus interest.
