45 year diesel mechanic here. Pro tip: jack the truck up, give it 8-10 turns in the proper direction. This preloads the tire so you can back up a few rotations and you're back to zero.

Mechatronics Engineer here. I recommend taking the Two's compliment of those wheels. it's a simple operation and can be repeated when you need to change back to forward motion.

I used to so this too. then I bought some dollies from harbor freight, game changer. I just lift the whole truck onto those and push it out.

Must suck when you get it all the way over to the other side just to find out the arrow is going the same way! Unfortunately dismounting and remounting is the only way bub! I’d call the tire company and ask if there’s any rebates on garage doors!
