That's serious. In Ohio, 'menacing by stalking' is a felony. Since he's already convicted, new incidents can bump the charge from a 4th-degree to a 3rd-degree felony. Do this now: Document every incident. Report to police AND his probation officer. Get a specialized attorney. Don't hesitate. DONT HESITATE!
