@the_real_jojo_leafy: very jarring post to make immediately after what is essentially a shitpost but anyways- I recently (as in, just today) found out Wakana Yamazaki, the japanese voice actress for Ran Mouri (among many others) passed away at 61 in April of this year. I personally grew up mostly with the german dub myself but regardless the impact she had on people's childhoods, or just life in general is undenyable. It's always unfortunate to see such beloved and talented voice actors go, which is why I wanted to pay tribute to her in some way, shape, or form. It's not what I usually draw, and quite frankly I don't know why I drew this in the first place, for her specifically (while not drawing tributes for many others), but I just wanted to pay respects. So that's exactly what I did. This drawing is not my best, it’s messy and flawed mostly since I'm still knee-deep in artblock (mostly since my exam phase is eating me alive lol), but I'm decently happy anyway.
