dawg at least let the stuff infused with the drink before putting ice and smoke on it! bro I want to get into being a bartender one day and I currently know next to nothing bout mixing and making drinks but dawg- PLEASE let the flavored INFUSE before CHILLING and FINISHING it. you got anise star in there and a fresh fruit in there with brown sugar. at least squish the juice out of the pear slice and stir up the sugar and wait for the star anise to let out it's flavor (which can be very powerful by the way) before adding ice to it please I am begging you. there needs to be an intervention..
