hey so there's an interesting thing happening with the Norris Nuts on YouTube. they are family content creators, involving a lot of minors. they just announced Patreon and they are asking for 7$ USD or 130$ USD for content. the troubling thing is that they are A) asking way too much for too little, for their demographic which is majority minors. B) offering uncensored content (swearing), but asking young followers to subscribe to Patreon. They even wrote an email for kids to show to their parents to ask for a subscription. They somehow expect to be able to mod and protect all the subscribers on Patreon, but don't see that it could give predators access to children. I would love to see this get around TikTok because I think what they are doing, by involving minors in paywall content, they are crossing a line in a parasocial sense, but also opening doors to predators.

I have a guy at work who is doing this to me. he rage baits me about all sorts of stuff. on our Friday, I marked tallies down each time he did it. there were eight tallies. he did it eight times in one day. his actions included: texting me to tell me that the fire department had arrived, which hinted that I hadn't disabled an alarm correctly. telling me I stink telling me he was proud id washed my hair finally telling me that the person im talking to is only talking to me because of my job. if he wasn't married, I'd assume he had a crush on me.

absolutely a thing and 100% probably the reason I drive almost every single time no matter how exhausted or how long or over it all I am. If I'm driving, everyone is safe no matter how angry I am. It's extremely rare I'm the passenger

my favorite question to ask my kid if he's acting up for attention "do you want good attention or bad attention" "Do you like it when people or upset with you? Is there a better way to get good attention?". he understands 90% of this and he is in grade two.

this was my former husband. if I didn't stay on the phone when we were fighting, he would shut down my phone service. we both delivered newspapers and the only time we weren't physically together other than when I went out with all the kids. I worked up in the woods, so turning my service back on sucked. luckily I know which houses didn't have secure networks and I jumped on them to turn my service back on. and he would drive like that. one time a cop pulled him over for it. thank God. he's dead now and I'm happily remarried to an amazing man who would never intentionally do something to hurt me. nor would I do him. it hurts us and we don't want the other to feel that way ever.

My MIL used to do the "I'm going to crash this car and end it all" stunt when she wasn't getting her way. My sis in law would cry and beg. She was a nervous wreck her whole life because of that type of abuse. My MIL tried it one time with my husband in the car, and he told her fine, end all their lives so the emt and news can see how bad of a person she is that she'd hurt her family. Boy did that stop that bs in its tracks. I'm afraid a man might actually go through with it though.. thinking the world would see him as a victim or something. 😬
