That forest is not that big for them to walk through it for 2 hours. It's max 45 min to 90 from one side to the other. It's between 2 neighborhoods. I grew up there....

it might be just a myth but when i was in cluj with my family we decided to try and visit hoia baciu and the second we got there a storm started out of nowhere so we left and like 5 mins after we left it completely stopped raining, it was also the middle of summer and did not rain at all that week except for that, and no it wasn’t like one of those summer rainstorms, it was a full on like november type storm

I used to go to Hoia-Baciu for drum and bass parties multiple times during summer. Since it was right in the middle of the forest cabs couldn't reach there so you'd have to walk through the dark forest at night following the sound of the music to find the party. Nothing creepy ever happened.

Hoia baciu is not all that. I grew up in Baciu a little town literally next to the forest. Me and my brother used to go and play all day there and nothing realy happened. Now i sometimes go horseback riding there with my horse
