The problem isn't indicators, the problem is the data they're working with. If you just have a single time - price series of 1-60m data, which is what most retail tries to do, you're mostly just looking at noise.

You lowkey scared me in the intro, but I 100% agree. Though, if you don’t know how to code personally I wouldn’t stress over it too much. Some concepts can be hard to quantity to an extent where unless you are turning it into an algo there’s no point in programming it

There is no profitable day trading system. Each price means something different to every market participant and you can’t predict. You can improve trading mechanics like an HFT firm. But they aren’t creating a trading system they are building faster and more efficient mechanisms and all fighting the same fight.
