Some people are quick to say core training isn’t necessary and that visible abs are built in the kitchen. While nutrition absolutely plays a role, we’re forgetting about the core’s primary function altogether 🙌🏽 Your core is responsible for stability, force transfer, posture, balance, and supporting nearly every movement you perform both in and outside of the gym. A strong core isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about how you move, how you feel, and how well your body performs. So the next time you’re tempted to skip core work, save this series and give it a try. Your future self will thank you for it. Workout Details: Perform each movement for 60sec each, minimal rest between movements, and 90sec rest between rounds.
