Shorts to big? Get a stitching kit form dollar tree or five below, cut away at the amount you want gone but leave just enough for a rim. Then fold the end (where you have cut) inwards, and stitch. A simple, basic stitch and not is easy to learn on tik tok. Shorts to small? Gng idk
