exfoliating before and after tan in the shower and moisturizing helps a ton. also if u mix that oil with water and salt in the spray bottle and spray that on repeatedly that will get u tan i promise.

when you tan your front sit in a chair with ur legs/feet propped up and for tanning your back lay on your stomach on top of a towel and uv 8+ and water on your body helps so much!! and for tanning stuff use maui babe
