You’re gonna have to syphon the water out of the tarp to get it out. You can get these little plastic syphon tools that you would put in a Jerry can …. And you squeeze it with you hand and it pumps it out. Cause you won’t get it out with all that water by hand

try opening the tarp a little and putting the sump in there to get the rest of the water out so it can be easier to pull out
