I love almond but not with red polish cuz it reminds me of the 90s when our mothers wore red 😬 red, black and French I feel like looks best square short.

Oval is very different from almond. Try getting almond shaped . Oval leaves them too wide from the top and they look unfortunately outdated.

I do a rounded almond or soft almond maybe they cal it, they’re not too pointy, for me anyway and you can do them shorter too. Just a thought. I like soft square/squoval too and I feel like they’re prone to chipping then on the corners because I type at work, but o go back to that sometime and I agree the red is better on that shape
