@theredtreee.1717: Your nervous system isn't overwhelmed because life is hard. It's overwhelmed because life feels unpredictable. Stress doesn't come from effort. It comes from uncertainty. When your brain doesn't know: when rest is coming when work ends when safety returns ...it keeps cortisol switched on. That's why discipline feels calming. That's why routines heal anxiety. That's why rhythm regulates the subconscious mind. You don't need more freedom. You need signals of safety repeated daily. Same sleep window. Clear endings to your day. Predictable habits your brain can trust. Calm isn't something you think your way into. It's something your nervous system learns. #nervoussystem #anxiety #MentalHealth #mindsetshift #mentalclarity
Sounds really good. So based on this info info I have 2 questions. Are rhere cases of PTSD on Special Forces Veterans? Why don’t they teach these techniques to every soldier if it is so effective?
