Man idk if I have Petra or echidna as a better sacrifice representation. Dona giving up her love, her love for everyone from trying to be the worlds savior and becoming the WoG after she failed Aldebaran against Satella. Becoming just a null slate of what the witch used to be, devoid of any love that had been obvious to those around her, but wasn’t obvious to her becoming a true villain. Or Petra giving up her future and just like Echinda, becoming a null slate, although still with the quality of emotions. She gave up the ability to forget what she had loved. And lived a happy life with baru in Sasageru, although I think she gave up more. She had a happy ending and Dona didn’t.
