Absolutely 100% nothing wrong with it! My husband snores and moves around a lot and it wakes me up so we sleep separately. It’s as simple as that, we both value a good nights rest! We still cuddle etc but sleep is important to both of us! No judgement here ❤️

This is so good, I love it. My partner and I have separate houses, we brought a duplex and we both have our sides 😆 both nurses with kids. Works so well

Nurse here, 17 years of shiftwork and about 8 years ago I purchased a specific mattress that absorbs all movement. No bouncing around and I don’t notice my partner get in and out of bed and he doesn’t notice me coming in at all hours! Once you add kids to the house the spare bedrooms fill up 😬.

We do the same; both shift workers; I’m an RN he’s in construction. We both get great sleep and no one’s walking in at 11am shining a phone light in your face or waking you up at 4am when the other starts early. Traditional sleeping arrangements don’t always work out for everyone.

I sleep in our spare room on weekends cos my husband snores and it’s a good opportunity for me to catch up on sleep. Also the spare room is decked out with all my stuff so even better.
