Chicken with Butter Ponzu (Serves 2) Ingredients: ・Chicken thigh: 300 g ・Shimeji mushrooms: 80 g ・Oil: 1 tsp Marinade: ・Salt: a pinch ・Sake: 1 tbsp ・Potato starch: 1 tbsp Sauce: ・Ponzu: 2 tbsp ・Sugar: 1 tsp ・Soy sauce: 1 tsp ・Butter: 5 g Toppings: ・Black pepper: as needed ・Chopped green onions: as needed Instructions: ①Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. ②Rub in the marinade ingredients. ③Trim off the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. ④Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken skin-side down. ⑤Once browned, flip the chicken, add the shimeji mushrooms. ⑥When everything is cooked through, add the sauce ingredients. ⑦Simmer lightly, then add your favorite toppings. #JapaneseFood #Ponzu #ChickenRecipe #CookingShorts #Shorts
