But I saw on Zillow… the bane of existence for RE agents! I made the mistake of contacting an agent on Zillow last year… I now get text messages on a monthly basis just “checking in” to see if I have any interest. I finally blocked her number.

in our case, fresh paint will cover the fact that we haven't touched the walls in a decade and our toddler has managed to draw on some of them when he 1, was being watched, and 2, shouldn't have been able to get his hands on anything. he got my bedroom wall under my teen's watch and he got the living room under my husband's watch.🤣

in our case, move in ready means exactly that. My wife and I invested in 2 new heaters with ultraviolet lights. New a.c. unit. New water heater. I got injured, and unable to work. Takes years to get S.S.D.I, so we are forced to sell and downsize before we loose the house.
