100% this! literally nutrition is so important, been at the same dose for 7 weeks, great steady results but alot of it is what im putting in my body

I 💯 agree with you. R3TA should only be used when you have already lost most of ur weights and have a healthy lifestyle. Consistant with gym, and clean eating. I never had to go up more than 4mg
