Can you tell me where this mall was? My father worked for Grumman Aerospace who had a contract with NASA to build the lunar module in the 60s & when it was done he was out of a job. He then went to work as a janitor (I thought it was a school but I could be wrong). He was in his mid 50s in early 1970’s too. I remember asking about his job at Grumman Aerospace a few times & he would never want to talk about it.!Unfortunately he passed away in early 1990s so I can’t ask him today.

yeah i believe him especially being that this was 1970s. A lot of stories were reported in the Houston area during that time

My ex brother-in-law's dad worked for NASA and left to be a plumber. Told his son the gov't job was too stressful, he preferred the lower pay and stress of being a plumber. I totally believe the janitor was former NASA.

I used to work at The Buckle; it was my first job. It was so fun back then, cause even when you were working, your friends would be up there working somewhere else or coming to look around. Good times!!

Sounds like NASA has cleared house again recently 💔 Several men & women have gone missing or have passed away from "suicide" or unusual circumstances 🤔 Why aren't they getting investigated, as if they have done this before. They are obviously doing it again 😳

Yes. I knew someone in the 90s who had worked for NASA and left to do head of groundskeeping. Not the only one I knew who moved to a much lower key work, intentionally.

Many older federal government workers who worked in classified positions retired and had very little to show afterwards about what kind of interesting posts they held. My dad was one- he was involved in nuclear power. My best friend’s dad went to Antartica. He had no momentos afterwards. He was retired out and forgotten. My dad worked as a small scale farmer afterwards- the kind of old guy in jeans and a faded flannel shirt that would shop regularly at the local feed store. So- I believe the man at the mall. These workers were not given great benefit packages- just health insurance.
