what cardio do you recommend? Im a 17 year old girl that used to be soosoo underweight but it was mostly because of my genetics and metabolism but also i had a phase when i was 13 i was doing just cardio everyday for hours and it was even worse haha and i also ended up skinny fat later on but now im pretty healthy im just trying to get lean and have muscle definition especially abs, they are pretty visible but not that much yet im also trying to get my body fat down🥹 but also all those uears of cardio kinda burned me out of cardio

Do you eat in a deficit, surplus, or at maintenance? I watched your pinned video about quad development and noticed that, besides the crazy quad growth, your abs also became more visible over those 6 months. It made me wonder what your diet looked like during that time 🥰🫶🏻

The only thing I disagree about is cardio cause it makes me more hungry. Weighted crunch is the only thing you need. Heavy.
