Paper that has been thrown away and taken out of the trash is highly unsafe from a hygiene perspective. It may be contaminated with bacteria, dirt, mold, or other harmful substances and should not be reused, especially in situations involving cleanliness or food contact.

My daughter did her masters in Belgium…they have the best system. Students that are leaving put All their unwanted stuff, furniture to cleaning products, even Unoped foods in a communal store room and the new incoming or current students can take what they need from there at no cost. It’s 100% not going to waste in dump and 100% bring used by students with tight budgets. It’s really brilliant.

people wipe their needles inside toilet paper rolls like that... I wouldn't dare use it.. You can catch all kinds of things. They hold onto bacteria. You can get a yeast infection in your butthole and it can turn to strep butthole. You can catch other diseases too. I can understand dumpster diving, but doing this with tissues is so unsafe...
