The cumulative physiological cost of sustained stress. Not extreme situations. Sustained moderate stress, over years, without adequate recovery, produces measurable changes: in cortisol curve, in inflammatory markers, in mitochondrial efficiency. Normal labs don’t rule it out. They just don’t look for it. The women who finally got answers weren’t sicker than the ones who didn’t. They were more persistent. They kept asking until someone looked in the right place. Don’t outsource your certainty to a panel that isn’t designed to find what you’re describing. You know something is different. That knowledge is data.
