i was diagnosed in Dec at 50! ive always been on concerta xl and i kept thinking how will i know im at the correct dose? but, i went upto 72mg (slowly) and i also have a top up at 4pm ish of 10mg and it just all clicked into place! I really feel the best ive felt in yrs. Ive come off some of my pain killers, taken up open water swimming and no longer need an afternoon nap from severe fatigue that i used to really struggle with. My daughter and a friend of mine however both hated concerta and are now both on elvanse xx

60 mg of elvanse wasn’t great for me so stayed at 50mg as I was scared to try concerta

I started in Elvanse did nothing positive but caused raynauds. Went onto concert as XL upto 84mg and then tried a mix of concerta and a non stim. I’ve now been on Medikinet for 6 months and it’s an absolute game changer for me. I take 40mg of XL on the morning and then have the option to top up with instant release at any point in the day
