Ask Mr Global…my understanding is strategic oil reserves were dipped into to artificially lower the cost of gas, but Oil takes weeks or months to traverse the gulf and arrive to destinations, furthermore disruptions and damages cause by the war will definitely increase the price of oil for years to come…in other words we haven’t even begun to feel the effects yet.
