Worst idea ever!!! Any place that they’ve done this, including down in Claremont, i’s been a disaster. The parking is horrendous. The traffic increases considerably without the improved infrastructure.

3 families on one house, with one garage, no parking, and an overpriced HOA. Not to mention, the square footage alone looks horribly small and each unit is probably priced as if it was its own separate property. 🤦🏻
