@nealkshah: WHY does smelling THIS while you sleep sharpen your memory? Researchers exposed people to a specific scent while they slept and memory scores improved by 226%. The reason why changes everything about how we think about sleep.
I just told my husband and he said this doesn’t work. I’ve been sleeping with Rosemary for the past 20 years. My name is Rosemary.

"There's rosemary, that's for remembrance" is one of the most famous lines in English literature, spoken by Ophelia in William Shakespeare’s tragedy Hamlet

The problem is that in about 5 minutes I'm going to forget I need to buy some rosemary and put it in my room

OK but realistically you could probably just grab rosemary sprigs and put them under your sheets near your pillow where you’re constantly smelling a natural rosemary instead of oil

Yes, Rosemary was linked to memory in classical and medieval sources. It was said to aid the brain. Our ancestors knew this!

“There's rosemary, that's for remembrance— pray you, love, remember. “ - William Shakespeare. So…that means we’ve known this since the Tudor era at least? 😳🤔

Shakespeare has rosemary in some of his plays. In Hamlet, Ophelia hands out rosemary and other herbs after her father’s death and says, "There's rosemary, that's for remembrance.”

While this is a nice suggestion, I would also consider the affects that phthalates would have on the body which are no doubt emitted by an essential oil diffuser
