If you're an atheist or agnostic because you believe God left you when you needed him the most, know that he never really left. if someone would ever leave, it would be us. Though whatever happened, I don't have the rights to judge you for your feelings and opinions. I am sorry for what happened, I apologize in behalf of those religious people who claimd to "follow" Christ that had hurt you with their hypocrisy. I hope Jesus would heal whatevers hurting in you, I pray that he'll hold your heart when it feels to heavy for you to do so. I pray that whenever he does those things, you would be willing enough to recognize and acknowledge it. love you bud, Jesus Christ loves you more. Just know that no matter what you heard, what you witnessed, yesterday, today, or tomorrow, Jesus looked at you with Joy, and thought of you as his beloved child. he did not saw your sins, not even your past, he just saw his child hurting. I rebuke everything that is not of God in your life, everything Satan had planned against you, in Jesus Christ mighty and holy name. Amen.

Do you have religious trauma? You are free to go to Jesus, he doesn't want religion, he wants relationship. He doesn't care what you have, he just wants your heart. if the world can't accept the messy part of you, if it can't handle your confusion, fear, anxiety, go. to. Jesus. He died on that cross not for the people who have it all together, he didn't died there for the people who understand it all, he didn't died there for the perfect, he died there for people like you. He died there without focusing on the pain, how could he? when all he could see was You. You when you were lying on that bed, staring up on the ceiling, tears running down from your eyes, desperately trying to find a reason, if it's even worth it anymore, if you even matter, if you are really that hard to love. Jesus died there, so he could stay with you at your lowest, so he could be the closest to you, when you feel the farthest from him, so he could stay when everyone turned their back and left, so he could remain still when everyone turn their faces and hardened their hearts, He died there so he could listen to you, when everyone refused to, so he could forgive you even when you couldn't forgive yourself, so he could love you, even the times you felt too disgusted to even simply like yourself. He died there, and rose from the dead the third day, to bring death to evil, and life to holiness, he rose to give you life, eternal life, if you'd just give your heart to him, he doesn't care if that heart is too evil, broken, sinful, hateful, worn out, tired, HE. JUST. WANTS. IT. You don't have to be perfect before you could go to him, he WANTS to do so, even when you are still hurting, confused, angry, fearful, he wants every bit of that broken, tired, lost, angry, and scared pieces of you. He may not need you, but he had always yearned and wanted you, because he loves you. and I also love you, it's just that, Jesus loves all of us more.
