none of that is irrelevant to Cyrus being unalived. okay he was in possession of a firearm which he should not have. but the facts are when Cyrus walked into that store he was asked to remove his backpack and he complied. he did not brandish or threatened anyone in that store with the firearm Cyrus had. as a matter of fact when Cyrus was accused of stealing he raised his garment to show that he hadn't taken anything and simultaneously verbally denying the same.then Cyrus immediately exit the store. the father and son ignored those facts and begin pursuing Cyrus.Cyrus immediately begin to flee from them as fast as he could. let me remind you that he was still armed and he did not stop and present that firearm as a threat to them, he continued to RUN away. Cyrus's attempt to get away from their pursued caused him to trip and fall which dislodged the firearm from Cyrus possession. that's when one of the pursuers, the Son, saw the firearm and yelled to his father he has a gun. the father immediately pull his firearm and shot Cyrus in the back. I don't give a shit what the Defense Attorney's attempt to try to manipulate the murder or his lying ass son. it was First Degree Murder. that is what I have come to the conclusion from all the factual information that has been PRESENTED. LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE. oh by the way they cannot charge the mother but the son should have been charged as accessory. example:the same as if a person participated in a Bank robbery. he or she did not go into the Bank but drove the getaway car.
