@shawnbakermd: After deadlift session, banged out 20 x 100 m on rower with 2 minutes rest in between reps- kept stroke rate to 30- power remained good all the way through the end!
Nice. I can tell you are pushing with your legs through the drive. That’s great. Focus on keeping your toes down.. you are relying on the straps a little more than I’d like.. keep your body swing between 11 o’clock and 1 o’clock, don’t hinge back too far.. make those 2 adjustments and you will be rowing close to how we row crew
