Bad day for me to be an over explainer😭everyone in the comments going after ppl over explaining. My stepdad ALWAYS believed I was lying so he would literally just make me over explain what happened and it’s kinda just fallen into a bad habit.. I get worried no one will believe me even tho I’m telling the truth.. it’s weird and I don’t like it, I’ve been doing better with it.

youknow what I'm an over explainer and that's because my adhd, and being extremely intelligent and I have to be thorough in every detail because of I'm not it'll drive me nuts, and start confusing me then kicks in like an override and I just shut down. and if you don't know a shut down with someone with serious adhd issues can be bad for a couple hours, a day, or more. so I'll never abuse someone based off over explaining
