Trying eachothers custom wheelchairs!! @xena!🧑🏻‍🦽🫶 Last week I met up with Xena and we decided to have a go swapping chairs to see how we felt in them, I also wanted to try Xena’s smartdrive attachment but that will be another video. A few things we could both agree on is that my chair (pink one) is easier to push and easier to wheelie in, my footplate is also better as Xena’s is too angled for both of us. My chair also fit us both better width wise as we are about the same size (other than I’m taller) Xena’s chair had too much wiggle room where as we both felt mine had about the right amount of wiggle room, this is due to that Xena wasn’t sure how much wiggle room was needed so ordered it just a little too big. However we did have some things we didn’t agree on. I didn’t like Xena’s cushion and Xena didn’t like mine, this is because we both have very different needs in our chairs with Xena being paralysed and having back pain therefore needing more support whereas for me it is more about comfort in my legs as I am fully able to feel all of my legs. We also felt alot of difference in backrests. We both felt we were leading more forward in eachothers chairs than in our own, this is another thing that is due to us having different needs. I was also too tall for Xenas chair. Jess’ chair - RGK Tiga Sub4 Xena’s chair- Quickie nitrum VD: Jess is a 19 year old white female with long brown hair, she is wearing a white Taylor Swift Tshirt and white sweatpants, she starts the video sat in her pink and black RGK wheelchair. Xena is a 20 year old white androgynous person with short split dyed hair, 1 side red, 1 side purple. They are wearing a Minecraft Experience beige hoodie and black trousers. They start the video spinning around in their green and black Quickie wheelchair. They swap wheelchairs in the video and talk about the differences.
