People saying “it’s only ASU” so? It’s free. And for someone working a minimum wage job, having your college covered is huge. That degree will open a lot of doors for them. It’s something the company doesn’t have to do and it’s great that they do. Same with chick fil a.

for anyone curious you have to work a base 20hrs a week to amount to 520 hours in 6months to maintain benefits and that is including health care benefits, school and a lot more.

You also have to work for Starbucks for 3 years after you graduate. So it kind of stunts you from continuing the career path, but it’s a great perk.
