That 9180 has a load sensing system on it. If it still steers fine there's a chance that the load sensing o-rings on the valve stack are shot. There's an allen plug on the back of the stack behind the bracket on each remote that has a stem with o-rings. and there's another stem with o-rings underneath the detents. Those go bad and the pump doesn't go in full demand. You might have it diagnosed right, just wanted to put that out there. Also use o-rings directly from your case dealer with the exact part number.
