@forksake: Japanese noodle favourite @yamamoto_udon_izakaya has opened at @qvmelbourne, bringing $12 highballs, $14 cocktails and a menu packed with snacks, share plates and 36 different udon variations. We started with a Matcha Gin Sour before working through beef tataki, garlic butter clams and a few standout noodle dishes, including the sukiyaki beef, spicy tan tan and a surprisingly good carbonara udon.
