Rock bottom is sturdy ground to build on. Set small goals. Get small wins and make your bed every morning. Cuz the day can suck but you’ll come home to a made bed. Sounds stupid but it does somthing for your mentally !!

Break down your problems until they become manageable. Then prioritise them, starting with the easier ones. Then, one at a time, resolve these problems. Your life will not magically sort itself out overnight, but each step you take, each little problem you solve will bring you one step closer to that day. It helps when you have support, but you will likely do this alone, and that’s okay too. People are much stronger than they think, it’s all a matter of perspective. Good luck.
