So to save a ton of calories you don’t need to use all those ingredients. I make this but a very low calorie and yummy treat. Use PB Fit ( or PB2) and use water to make a peanut butter consistency. Add some sea salt to enhance the peanut butter flavor. Form your desired shape. Melt Lilly’s Chocolate ( any flavor, * I really like the semi sweet one So good). Coat or drizzle with the melted chocolate. Put in fridge to harden. Delicious sweet treat and low calorie.

How is that considered “healthy” when peanut butter has like 188 calories for two tablespoons? You added a whole cup which is 16 tablespoons. Thats 1,500 calories just for the peanut butter.

Add protein powder instead of the almond flour. So good and added protein.

Off the recipe but... If you shop at Aldi they have a peanut butter cup, sweet treat in the cookie section. They sell out they are so good. Warning: They are addictive. I saw people talking about them and didn't believe until I tried.

Wish I could eat these but raw almond flour is not agreeable with my digestion 😳 Uncooked almond flour contains high levels of phytic acid and oxalates. These can be abrasive to the gut lining, bind to and block the absorption of minerals, and cause inflammation in people with sensitive guts.
