When they do shit like this, you can call the prosecuting attorney and put them on the Brady list and make sure you get their name and go to the city website after you make a complaint to the police station or the sheriff station. Find a claim form on the City website or County fill it out for the maximum amount and get it notarized and attach your complaint form and say you have video or audio.
