@malia.gale: Yes, motherhood is hard. It may be the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But what is constantly complaining about it really doing for us? These are the days I’ve dreamed about my entire life. The days so many women are still praying and longing for. The days that will be gone before we know it. That doesn’t mean every moment is easy. It doesn’t mean we can’t be honest about the challenges. But I truly believe there is power in the way we speak about our lives, our children, and this season we’re in. The more I choose gratitude over frustration, the more joy I find in the little moments that make motherhood so special.
