Sıkma torbasına alıp yağlı kağıt serili tepsiye sıkıyoruz. Bir bardak ve yağlı kağıtla şekil veriyoruz. 160 derece önceden ısıtılmış alt üst ayar fırında ortalama 30 dakika pişiriyoruz. Afiyet olsun🩷 ***Çıtır çıtır olmasındaki püf nokta patatesler altın sarısı olduktan sonra fırını kapatıp 10-15 dakika çıkarmadan bekletmek.🙏 We pass the boiled potatoes through a colander.
