Whst if i dont truly know how to do.it? I still feel like a total mess, and still have too much on my plate. I care too much about everyone else but myself. I always have and I now trust no one because i don't believe there is anyone out there who cares, except of course God and angels. I am very grateful for that but I fear im losing hope and the strength I need to pull myself back together again. 😭

This hit hard for myself as well. I’m 50 years old and honestly I have been struggling my whole life trying to heal while being on guard for the next struggle. Constantly on guard, lack of trust, suspicious of everyone around me, fearful of the next pain and emotional sadness.
