my favorite "hack" is annoying myself. for example, if I need to unload the dishwasher but I don't want to, I'll just open it and after I run into it for the 5th time, suddenly I'm motivated.

well now that i know phone mounts exist for showers entire seasons of anime are being binged while i sit in a shower, the only thing preventing hours upon hours long showers is that it drowns out my music a bit, YOU GAVE ME TOO MUCH POWER

one of the things i've learnt is to have multiples of items in different places & don't move them. face wash in the shower and at the sink. deodorant in my room in my work locker. hand sanitizer in all my bags. but they stay in those places. it's a bit costly initially, but sooo beneficial in the long run

Yes! I also put the bottles in the order I use them from left to right, top to bottom (like how you’d read) and do the same with my cabinet toiletries. I keep floss in the car because I remember to floss at red lights.

skin care adhd management = only buying products that come in a pump/tube so its fast and efficient. nothing in a tub that i have to unscrew and scoop to use.

if I may add a hack: keep a toothbrush, toothpaste & mouthwash at every faucet in the house. kitchen sink, bath tub, downstairs loo.... everywhere you can technically fill a cup, put tooth care stuff there. cheapy ones are fine. you never know where you'll be when you feel able to do it.
