made the youngest move out and rent on the open market, oldest gets to live there for as long as they want for cheap rent, and want to sell oldest the house for below market. oldest gets every need met but middle and youngest get screwed at every turn.

I don’t want my adult child living with me and I definitely don’t want their spouse there as well . I’d help with rent before I let them move in. Our relationship would suffer if we lived together, but I would help with their expenses (for a limited time).

the youngest should not gave left house.. more than 1 bedroom... have married couple pay rent. they both have a job and you will not teach them responsibility if you coddle them!!!!
