@andr3chosen: A new burger spot on Slamet Riyadi that’s already drawing huge crowds? 🍔🔥 I recently visited @Smash Room, one of Solo’s newest burger spots located in the Kemlayan area of Serengan. Even during its trial opening period, the place was packed with visitors, creating a waiting list throughout the afternoon. Despite the crowd, the experience remained comfortable thanks to its air-conditioned indoor area and modern-classic interior filled with carefully selected decorations. There’s also an outdoor space that serves as both a smoking area and a waiting area for customers eager to get their hands on the menu. On this visit, I tried several staff recommendations. The Nashville Chicken Burger features a soft brioche bun filled with OG Smash Room fried chicken coated in Nashville oil, ranch sauce, onions, pickles, and fresh romaine lettuce. Every bite delivers a satisfying balance of spicy, creamy, savory, and fresh flavors. I also ordered the Potato Anchovies and Cream, a unique side dish combining spinach, corn, anchovy sauce, garlic butter crumble, and cream cheese.
