تعاقبت الحكومات العراقية منذ عام 2003 وهي تعد بإنهاء أزمة الكهرباء، لكن المشكلة ما زالت قائمة لأنها ليست مجرد نقص في الإنتاج، بل نتيجة تراكمات إدارية ومالية وفنية. فمن أبرز أسبابها الفساد، وضعف التخطيط، وغياب التطبيق الفعلي للقوانين، وانخفاض تعرفة الكهرباء وضعف الجباية، وارتفاع خسائر الشبكة، وعدم استثمار الغاز المصاحب، إضافة إلى الاعتماد على استيراد الغاز والكهرباء. أما الحلول المؤقتة كاستيراد الغاز أو الكهرباء فلن تنهي الأزمة، بينما تكمن المعالجات الحقيقية في إصلاح الإدارة، واستثمار الغاز المحلي، وتطوير شبكات النقل والتوزيع، وتشجيع الاستثمار والطاقة المتجددة، وتطبيق جباية عادلة مع مراعاة أصحاب الدخل المحدود. وأخيرًا، فإن اختزال أزمة الكهرباء في عامل واحد أو ربطها بنظرية مؤامرة لا يفسر واقعها المعقد، فالأزمة نتاج تراكمات وسياسات امتدت لسنوات طويلة. #الكهرباء #العراق #fyp
