Acceptance is euphoric, healing is going through the stages of grief and acceptance is what releases you from loss not from the truth and I think that's what healing meant to me the truth is not the same as the loss I experienced, understanding that simple concept liberated me it took years but my truth my life experiences let me move forward and loss became a station not my journey
