Ingredients: 4 chicken breast tender 1 egg, whisked 1 cup cornflakes, finely crushed 2 tortilla Lettuce Tomato Red onion Kewpie Sriracha kewpie Tortilla glue Equal parts flour and water 1. Cut and shape the tortillas into boats, using the tortilla glue to stick the sides together. 2. Bake in the oven on 180°C for 5-10 minutes or until the boats start to brown. 3. Dip the tenders in egg wash and cornflakes. Cook in air fryer on 180°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping over half way. 4. Load boats with lettuce, tomato, red onion, chicken tenders and kewpie mayos! #taco #tacoboat #tortilla #simplerecipe

Wouldn’t it be practical to mix the ingredients together? Otherwise you’d get all the chicken at the top, then got to chow down on lettuce and tomatoes
