Stage 4 take a bowl and add the following⬇️ 500g plain Greek yogurt 30g minced garlic  50g lemon juice  50g Land O Lakes butter melted (45% less fat kind) 30g parmesan cheese makes this up like your life depended on it Stage 5 assembly Your chicken done chop it up very fine Add in your steamed broccoli (tip) I don’t like large pieces of vegetables, so I broke mine down further Add your rice  Add your lemon butter sauce mix  Mix  Place these into six mil prep containers If you want less calories simply do this Each meal prep is currently 530 calories  So do  530x6=3,180  Do the same thing for your protein, fats and carbs Now just divided by eight 3,180%8= 397.5 calories  after doing this to your protein, carbs and fats, you’ll be left with these calories in new macros.  Refrigerator reheat time 2:30 seconds  Freezer reheat Time add 1/3 cup water put a little paper towel over the top 4 min stir 30 seconds serve  Don’t forget to follow me for more high protein, meal preps #protein #mealprep #weightloss #highprotein #bodybuilding
