Take it for what it's worth if you'd like. Number one I see you are stagnant over the ball too long without any waggle and to start your swing from a dead stop isn't the best thing to do. Also try and work to get the weight to shift to your lead foot on the downswing. What I found to help with the weight distribution is do not ground the club on the turf, pick it up cover it just above the grass before you start your back swing and feel the weight in each foot. Hit among and straight.
