Laura ✨ :

I don’t think they’ll be moving in today

he_bakes_he_runs :

why is it only being inspected on the day of owners moving in?

kaiwilson980 :

The fire alarm can put out fires

bjjfather :

built-in sprinkler system in the lightbulb, nice

Dionnerose :

For how much they charge for these homes it’s absolutely appalling to finish it like this

Alex :

Homeowners moving in TODAY and now they can’t use their lights. Who signs these off?!

SkippyDon :

Don’t buy a new build

emiliajones2000 :

Still at least they put a bow on the toilet 😂

Chaos at no 6 🏡 :

James :

How is this legal?

EaterOvSouls :

fire alarm ❌ sprinkler ✔️

User4693 :

How are some of these things fixed? Brickwork for example, or things out of plumb? Are they just left and the price renegotiated?

Chris :

At least they got a bow on the door and toilet 🫠🫠🫠

Char :

how developer’s get away with this is beyond me

💀 :

House got its own sprinkler system, that’s fancy

Craig Peters :

Put bow on Dunny ✅ Seal pipework ❌

DizzieDolman :

Absolutely ridiculous

TheRealSourc3 :

Gary.uk :

Why are you snagging the property on the day of completion ? A bit last minute.com

naomilax22 :

Does this seem like a snag? Feel like the socket is way too close to the sink

Gaz Singh :

😂 "the apocalypse finish"

Volvoconvert :

What a s show

edwardlaceyartist :

man it so depressing seeing stuff like this seeing how much people are paying for it

Mark :

People scream don’t buy new build like yea ok you buy old house which was once a new build house and have massive issues you never know till survey and even then don’t pick it up

moolawmandz :

Why were the owners moving in on the day the snag was being done??!
